Second phase to go on sale from 18th June

As a result of this strong demand for villas on Yas Island, the second phase of units within Yas Acres will now be released for sale.
Public sales for the 125 units that make up the second phase will commence on Saturday 18th June 2016 at Aldar's new Yas Acres sales centre on Yas Island. The second phase includes 3 bedroom townhouses, 3 bedroom duplexes, 4 bedroom duplexes, 4 bedroom villas and 5&6 bedroom golf front villas. Prices start from AED 2.9 million.
