Emitac is pleased to announce the appointment of Basel Samara to the position of Vice President, Sales

Basel brings with him more than 30 years of rich experience across sales and technical verticals in UAE in particular and the region in general. At EES, Basel shall be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization and will spearhead the sales to supersede their targets. He will be in-charge of implementing and managing the sales activities, identify new market opportunities and define the actions required to bring new dynamics to the business while generating new growth

Basel is an "Executive MBA" from the University of Edinburgh and ENPC School of Management in Paris. Additionally, he holds a Post Graduate Certificate of International Business from University of Edinburgh and is a Computer Studies graduate from Portsmouth, England.

Prior to joining EES, Basel worked for multinationals like Oracle, as a Senior Sales Director for the Public, HealthCare & Education, Travel & Transportation Sectors in the MEA region. He is known for his strong leadership, people management skills and for building relationships with key clients at management levels.
