The National Guard Health Affairs (NGHA), one of the largest health organizations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia providing modern medical care, honored everteam.ksa for the successful implementation of its e-correspondence and electronic archiving system during a special event held at the King Saud bin Abdulaziz University for Health Sciences (KSAU-HS) Convention Center during the Information Systems and Informatics Division (ISID) 1st Annual Day.
This year's ISID Annual Day coincided with the launching of three major services to serve NGHA stakeholders from medical to administrative staff, including patients. One of these three services consisted about the Enterprise Archiving and Correspondence Tracking solution from everteam.
NGHA, like many other organizations with various branches, realized the importance of centralizing all its documents and content in one common enterprise repository, providing seamless and secured access to information anywhere, anytime to employees, customers, suppliers, and others... NGHA was seeking a solution that can manage all their records and automatically archive them in their corresponding filing structures, while providing a high available, reliable and scalable solution.
Due to its vast experience in the Enterprise Content Management field, everteam.ksa successfully provided and implemented EverSuite Correspondence Tracking, a solution that streamlines all internal, incoming, and outgoing correspondences, while automating document circulation within the organization, as well as between the organization and external parties. This allowed NGHA to increase the productivity of tasks and information workers, and greatly reduce time to process requests, while at the same time ensure security and document authenticity by electronically archiving them. NGHA was able to achieve a paperless environment, providing easy and secure document access and retrieval.
NGHA's Chief Executive Officer Dr. Bandar Al Qanawi presented the honoring award to everteam.ksa, represented by its General Manager Mr. Bilal Hmedeh and VP of Business Development Mr. Amer Zein Al Abdin.
