Dubai, UAE - Nominations are now being accepted for Jaguar Land Rover’s Annual Pro Challenge Series, an internal competition amongst the brand’s retailers that seeks to unearth the best technicians, service advisors and sales executives from across it’s Middle East and North Africa network.

Jaguar Land Rover’s retailers are eligible to nominate their best employees, with an eventual thirty contenders attending the final heat in Abu Dhabi, UAE, in January 2018.

The Pro Challenge Series is broken down into three categories: Technician of the Year, Service Advisor of the Year, and a new category for this year is the Sales Executive of the Year, with the winners all receiving a trophy prize.

Jaguar Land Rover’s mantra states that success is a habit, not an action. And with this, the Pro Challenge Series was designed to reward those that reflect the impeccable class and excellence both Jaguar and Land Rover brands have become renowned for all around the world.

“It’s exciting that for the third year in a row we are able to truly recognise the beating heart of our organisation in the MENA region – our people. We pride ourselves on our technical capabilities and passionate brand service, and this competition recognises the unique talent we have in these areas and across this diverse, dynamic region.” said Bruce Robertson, Managing Director of Jaguar Land Rover MENA.

“At this stage, we are calling for retailers to nominate their respective market champions. Jaguar Land Rover is a brand built on heritage, tradition, class, and perfection. Emulating that day-in, day-out is no mean feat. Those who do it with gusto must be recognised and rewarded.” he continued.

The semi-finals for the Technician of the Year competition will be held in October 2017, and will involve theoretical and practical tests. They will be held across three countries; UAE, Jordan and Morocco. The semi-finals for both Service Advisor of the Year and Sales Executive of the Year will be held through an online test, from showrooms across the regional MENA network.

The culmination of the competition will take place at Yas Marina, Abu Dhabi, where 6 Technicians per brand, 9 Service Advisors and 9 Sales Executives from both brands, will each compete for the grand prize in their respective categories.

The judging panel throughout the competition will comprise high-calibre Jaguar Land Rover Senior Management from different regions around the globe. The competition is a fantastic chance for Jaguar Land Rover’s uncompromising people to demonstrate their expertise to the entire global network.

The competition is also supported by partners that Jaguar Land Rover work with, such as Castrol, Bosch, and Michelin. The partners and co-sponsors run workshops for all attendees to improve knowledge of technologies that make delivering the luxury automobile experience to customers worldwide as personalised and dependable as possible.
