(TAP) – “The fuels prices regulation issue is not on the agenda,” Minister of Energy, Mines and Renewable Energies Hela Cheikhrouhou said.

The automatic fuel prices regulation mechanism, done each three months, resulted in giving up this idea, the minister Thursday told TAP on the sidelines of the monthly meeting of the Tunisian-French Chamber of Commerce and Industry on “the energy strategy in Tunisia for 2030.”

The final decision rests with Prime Ministry, she noted.

The price of gasoline is 1.650 dinar, gasoil 50 (1.420 dinar) and ordinary gasoil (1.140 dinar), thus remain unchanged.
