Dubai, UAE: Dubai Land Department's (DLD) participation this year has further reinforced its accumulated successes in previous editions of Cityscape global, especially as it achieved all of its predetermined goals.

One of the most important success factors for DLD's participation at Cityscape Global was in attracting large numbers of visitors to the exhibition to learn about the range of its applications and services, most prominently the smart valuation service, the Dubai Real Estate Self Transaction (REST) platform, the Mollak system, and the real-time smart transaction screen. In addition, DLD actively promoted awareness of a number of new legislation that was welcomed by Dubai’s real estate sector.

DLD’s stand witnessed the signing of a number of memorandums of understanding in conjunction with Cityscape Global 2019, and Dubai Real Estate Institute launched its e-Journal magazine and the Dubai Real Estate Innovation Centre. Throughout the three-day exhibition, DLD’s stand became a destination for those interested in real estate investment and wishing to explore opportunities, where it received a delegation of over 400 real estate brokers, investors, businessmen, and consultants. This affirms the effectiveness and feasibility of the strategic partnership that brought DLD together with Cityscape Global 2019.
