Dubai, United Arab Emirates – Huawei Consumer Business Group (CBG) expands its Intelligent Life footprint and agenda with the launch of its flagship Huawei Experience Store (HES) in Mall of the Emirates on November 15th. The store is a comfortable futuristic space inspired by nature and allows customers to have hands-on experience and explore the latest technology innovations from Huawei.

Reflecting a positive business outlook, the store opening follows closely on the heels of the incredible success of the HUAWEI Mate 20 series launch in the UAE. It also precedes the re-opening of UAE’s first HES in The Dubai Mall on November 22nd, cementing Huawei’s position as one of the leading consumer brands in the UAE that is spearheading innovation, offering better choice and a more comprehensive experience for the region’s consumers.

Visitors to Huawei’s newest retail addition in Mall of the Emirates will also be able to purchase the latest HUAWEI Mate 20 series, including the highly anticipated HUAWEI Mate 20 Pro smartphone, which has already sold out as pre-orders in the UAE due to unprecedented demand.

To celebrate the first on-shelf date of the HUAWEI Mate 20 series on November 15th, Huawei CBG will be offering walk-in customers at its HES in Mall of the Emirates and Mirdiff City Centre the opportunity to purchase a limited stock of 300 on-shelf pieces from its latest series. They will be able to join the pre-order customers, who will collect their new smartphones on November 15th.

Visitors to HES at Mall of the Emirates and Mirdiff City Centre will also have the exciting opportunity to meet and greet the talented YouTube star Dyler @dy13r (HES MOE Nov 15th) and Emirati entrepreneur and popular public figure Abdul Aziz Al Marzouqi @Fex (HES MCC Nov. 16th). They will be in-stores between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm to welcome customers and lead show-arounds of the Huawei Experience Store.

The stores will house Huawei’s achievements in Artificial Intelligence and showcase all of the latest devices such as HUAWEI Watch GT, the industry leading Matebook X Pro and other products including tablets, fitness trackers and connected accessories.

In addition to designing and creating exceptional products, Huawei, a world leader in tech innovation, is also a leader in after sales service and recently Huawei UAE Service Team has received a letter of appreciation from the Dubai Economy: Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection Sector for their exceptional cooperation with the Department of Consumer Rights.
