ISTANBUL - Turkish state-owned lender Ziraat Bank posted a net profit of 1.7 billion lira ($311 million) in the third quarter, down 22 percent from a year earlier, it said in a filing to the Istanbul stock exchange on Friday. ($1 = 5.4714 liras)
