ArabFinance: Bayt EL Khebra for leasing (Technolease) has exited Misr Hotels Company (MHOT) by selling 2,562,682 shares, or the equivalent of 6.50 % of Misr Hotel, according to the company's September 21ststatement filed to the Egyptian Exchange.

Technolease sold its stake to Misr Hotel’s shareholder, Khaled Abdallah at EGP 9.85 per share, and the total value of EGP 25,242,417.

Abdallah’s stake has been increased from 10.66% to 16.34% in Misr Hotel.

Misr Hotels, a subsidiary of Holding Company for Tourism and Hotels, is an Egypt-based joint stock company engaged in tourism investment activities. The company focuses on hotel and tourism activities, including construction, purchase, and sale of hotels, resorts, casinos, restaurants, strips, and other tourist facilities.
