MOSCOW

* Russia's Surgutneftegaz awarded China's Unipec in a spot tender three cargoes of Urals crude of 100,000 tonnes each for loading from the port of Primorsk on Jan. 6-7 and 9-10 and from Ust-Luga on Jan. 5-6, traders said on Tuesday.

* The cargoes were sold at discounts of between $0.70 and $1.00 per barrel to dated Brent, when adding freight to the original FOB differentials, above the latest estimates for the grade, they added.

* Surgutneftegaz awards its tenders on an FOB basis.

* The tender closed on Dec. 22 at 1400 Moscow time (1100 GMT).
