The new service is part of our strategy to ensure our customers’ safety and convenience

National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) is keen to enrich the banking experience of Privilege Banking Customers. In this context, the bank launched NBK Home Banking Service to help ensure customers' safety and convenience by delivering Cash and Non-Cash Statements/Certificates at the comfort of their homes, becoming the first bank in Kuwait to launch this service.

Through the new service, Privilege Banking Customers can request cash amounts up to KD 10,000, many certificates such as: Balance Certificate, Account statement, Account Statement for Credit Card, Tuition Fees Certificate …etc. and get these requests delivered to their homes through the Concierge Service.

On this occasion, Mr. Mohammed Akram Hashim, Head of Segments, Consumer Banking Group, National Bank of Kuwait, said: "We are keen to provide the latest services to Privilege Banking Customers, always for the first time in Kuwait, giving them an exceptional banking experience packed with exclusive services that reflect NBK’s leadership and care for its customers’ convenience.”

Hashim pointed out that the new service comes as part of NBK’s strategy to ensure customers’ safety and convenience, especially in light of the prevailing exceptional circumstances.

NBK recently launched several offers and products for Privilege Banking Customers including: first year free NBK Visa Infinite Credit Card, which entitles them to earn NBK Miles Points, free access to more than 1000 airport lounges worldwide, local and global concierge, free travel insurance, free valet parking in Kuwait, as well as exclusive international offers when shopping, dining or visiting entertainment destinations.

Additionally to meet  NBK Privilege Banking Customers life style, NBK recently arranged for an exclusive booking of enjoying dinner at Melenzané by the Sea, at Messilah Beach on the 1st and 2nd of December 2020.

NBK provides Privilege Banking Customers with an exclusive array of services, including: a dedicated relationship manager taking care of all customer’s banking needs, access to Premium Banking lounges, diverse investment solutions including: SmartWealth  and Watani Brokerage, Premium Banking Teller Services which grants them priority in making their transactions in a quick and easy way, in addition to card home delivery service, priority status when contacting NBK Call Center on 1801801 available 24/7.

Additionally, Privilege Banking Customers get International Mortgage services spanning 15 countries around the world, benefiting from the broad footprint of NBK external branch network.
