Msheireb Properties, the national real estate developer and a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation, wrapped up last Thursday a successful participation in Cityscape Qatar 2019 as thousands of visitors flocked to the modern booth to enquire and register their interest about the company’s offerings and projects. . 

During the exhibition, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Minister of Transport and Communications, HE Jassim Saif Ahmed Al Sulaiti, and the Minister of Commerce and Industry, HE Mr Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, visited Msheireb Properties on the opening day. There were also visits from the Minister of Municipality and Environment, HE Mr Abdulla bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie, and the Minister of Justice and Minister of State for the Council of Ministers Affairs, His Excellency Dr Issa bin Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi, and many other VVIPs who all commended the efforts exerted by the Msheireb Properties in developing sustainable communities that are connected to our culture and heritage but geared for the future. 

Msheireb Properties used the opportunity of Cityscape Qatar 2019 to announce their residential and commercial offerings in Msheireb Downtown Doha, specifically the opening of two new residential units, Al Khail and Al Kahraba, which feature apartments of multiple sizes to suit the needs of both local and expat communities in Doha. Potential tenants, companies and business owners had a chance to get to know better the offerings at smartest and most sustainable fully developed city district in the world, which is the new destination for living, leisure and business at the heart of the capital city. 

The company also announced to the public for the first time the upcoming launch of the developer’s other major development project, Zulal Wellness Resort, and their collaboration with Chiva-Som, the famous Thai international resort operator who have undertaken their first overseas operations contract to manage the resort.  Scheduled for opening in the second quarter of 2020, the new resort will be Qatar’s largest wellness destination and the world’s first centre for Traditi0onal Arabic Integrative Medicine (TAIM).
