Egypt's Living Yards to launch the final phase of The Loft in Q1

Egypt's Living Yards Developments is planning to launch the 300-unit third phase of The Loft residential project in the New Administrative Capital in the first quarter, the company's Chief Commercial Officer told Zawya Projects.

The 23-acre development comprises of a total of 900 residential units and a 10,000 square metre commercial portion, according to project fact sheets.

Hashem El Kadi said the third and final phase would be launched by March.

He said the 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($158 million) would be completed by 2022.
