Egyptian developer Royal One Real Estate Development is planning to launch a new mixed-use project Capital Prime in the New Administrative Capital, a top company official disclosed.

Karim Shaalan, head of the Commercial Sector told Thomson Reuters Projects that the 500 million Egyptian pounds ($30 million) development would feature a mix of office, commercial and medical spaces totalling 114 units.

The project, spread over an area of 6,000 square metres, has been designed by Raeffahmi Architects (RFA), he said.

Construction permits are being processed and the project is scheduled to be completed within 36 months from the start of construction, he concluded.
