DubaiParents and students can take the stress out of back-to-school shopping with a visit to any of Dubai Shopping Malls Group’s (DSMG) family retail destinations around the city.

With the start of the new school year just around the corner, DSMG’s mix of community shopping malls have everything students of all ages need to be classroom ready. Held as part of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), the back-to-school shopping spree is a highly anticipated feature of the annual retail festival.

Shoppers headed to any of DSMG’s 18 malls, located in neighbourhoods across Dubai, can find a super selection of savings on must-have items including top fashion lines, stationary, the latest electronic gadgets plus lots of homeware essentials reduced by up to 75 per cent for DSS to help parents and kids get ready for the school year ahead.  The DSMG back to school promotion will run until 29 August.

Customers who spend AED200 in any DSMG mall will have a chance to win a share of AED100,000. The prize will be shared between 20 lucky families, with shoppers automatically entered into a raffle to scoop AED5,000. Prize draws will take place on 17, 24 and 29 August.

Participating malls include Al Bustan Centre, Al Ghurair Centre, Al Warqa City Mall, BurJuman Centre, Binsougat Centre, Bay Avenue, Dubai Outlet Mall, Mudon Community, Oasis Mall, Palm strip, Shurooq Community Centre, Sunset Mall, Reef Mall, Time Square Centre, Dar Wasl, The Mall Jumeirah, Crown Mall and Central Mall.

Organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), all of the stores and malls taking part in DSS and BTS follow the important health and safety rules including social distancing and the wearing of face masks.
