• Each recipient will receive free 5G service to ensure the use of technology throughout their education

Manama: stc Bahrain, a world-class digital enabler, announces plans to financially support students in Bahrain as part of its corporate social responsibility strategy. The new initiative will provide 18000 BD each for five students. Additionally, free 5G service will be provided to help ensure the use of technology during their education.  The new initiative was announced through a media briefing on Thursday 11th of November at stc Bahrain head office.  

The five students will be chosen in a one-time raffle draw. The age range to be eligible for this offer are from 16-24 enrolled in any university or school. stc Bahrain will provide financial support to each student directly on monthly basis (BD 375 per month) for 4 years. The program is offered to both stc and non stc customers. Students can only apply through stc mobile application. stc Bahrain will hold an online raffle draw to announce the winners, supervised by the Minister of Commerce, Industry and Tourism.

Education is a priority in Bahrain Vision 2030. It’s paramount to nurture the next generation and help them prosper.
