Sharjah: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) is launching tomorrow Sunday, July 14, the “Sharjah Summer Promotions 2019” events, which is seen as the most important touristic and marketing event organized annually by the SCCI.

The “Sharjah Summer Promotions” is being held under the umbrella of “Sharjah Summer” Festival, with a strategic partnership with the Sharjah Commerce & Tourism Development Authority.

This year’s edition is filled with attractive events and exciting discounts up to 75% on all products, as well as valuable prizes and competitive deals.

The 49-day mega event will also feature a variety of recreational activities that fulfill the needs of the Emirate of Sharjah visitors and tourists, and it will continue until September 1.

In the same context and for the first time, the SCCI has launched a contest through its social media platforms, where the winners will be announced daily in return for precious prizes.

Consolidating Sharjah’s position

Commenting on the launch of “Sharjah Summer Promotions 2019”, HE Mohamed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of the SCCI, said: “Sharjah Summer Promotions event is one of the key events organized by the SCCI, with a view to reinforcing the distinguished position of Sharjah as a unique destination for tourism, shopping, and business.”

“The event also is part of the SCCI’s keenness on launching promotional initiatives that bolster retail, tourism and other important economic sectors, in line with the Emirate of Sharjah’s trend to develop its investment environment, enhance its attractiveness and stimulate businessmen and investors to expand their business in the Emirate. At the same time, such events are focusing on the happiness of Sharjah population and providing them with extraordinary shopping atmosphere fitting various budgets and meeting all needs,” Amin added.

He pointed out that “Sharjah Summer Promotions” is a perfect destination for shopping and enjoying the touristic and historic places in the Emirate of Sharjah, adding that this event is golden time for the retail sector, where shopping malls and retail stores enter into a race to attract the largest number of visitors, through offering hot deals at competitive prices and exciting discounts.

Summer Promotions is one of the milestone events organized by the SCCI and it’s full of with various unique activities, with an aim of rising up the shopping, family tourism, and hotels sectors, so as to place the Emirate of Sharjah an attractive destination for different nationalities whether locally or regionally or globally.
