High level delegation of Scottish companies visits Al Maya Supermarket

A high level trade delegation of food and beverages from Scotland, in the UK visiting Gulfood 2019, comprising around 10  companies dealing in Seafood, Chips, Biscuists, Oil, Soft Drinks, etc. visited Al Maya Supermarket at Murooj Complex, to understand how to improve the business with Al Maya Group in the UAE. 

Mr Kamal Vachani, Group Director of Al Maya Group received the Scottish delegation in the Supermarket.   The delegation interacted one to one meeting with the buyers team of Al Maya Group and the delegation was impressed with the setup of Al Maya Supermarkets and appreciated the efforts taken by Al Maya Group in promoting Scottish products in the UAE/GCC.   

We are delighted to work closely with the UK Government and the Scottish Government in particular, added Mr Kamal Vachani. 

Al Maya Group are exhibiting in Gulfood, the Region’s Premier Food and Beverage show – in  C6-20, Hall 6, added Mr Kamal Vachani.
