On the launch of the new branch, Talib Mohammed Al Hajri, Acting AGM & Head of Distribution Network, at BankDhofar noted: "At BankDhofar, customers' satisfaction is our priority, thus, we exert our efforts to enrich their banking experience through various touch points. Salalah Industrial branch was designed using world class layouts and customer experience principles, and combining the two with traditional Omani culture of hospitality. For added customer convenience, Bank offers smart banking at the fingertips through its Mobile Banking App. Customers may conduct a wide range of instant mobile banking services through the award winning App. The services include instant transfer 24/7 to any local bank account, cardless cash, mobile top-up for all telecom providers in the Sultanate, increasing daily withdrawal limit to OMR 5000, Instant International money transfer service through Western Union, which is available for non-BankDhofar customers as well, among other services.
