DUBAI  - Oman posted a budget deficit of 1.87 billion rials ($4.86 billion) during January to November, a 43 percent decline compared to the same period a year earlier, government data showed on Wednesday.

Oil producer Oman benefited from higher oil revenue during 2018, as oil prices rose last year on the back of output cuts by oil producing countries  ($1 = 0.3850 Omani rials)
