Dubai, UAE, 16 November 2016

Visitors at Middle East Concrete and PMV Live 2016 can look forward to a host of exciting new innovations and product launches such as ground-breaking tractors, road trucks and rear tippers from 21-24 November at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

Ford Trucks plans to display a range of 2017-model heavy commercial vehicles including an 1843T tractor and 3543M 6 x 4 and 4143M 8 x 4 chassis mixers. They will also be showcasing road trucks and construction series vehicles with tipper and mixer superstructures, customized for on and off-road conditions.

Meanwhile MEILLER GmbH, a Munich-based company with a proud 160-year history, will be showcasing its flagship rear tipper at PMV Live this year which has been developed for the harsh conditions that are often encountered in construction and waste management – from transportation of bulk materials to heavy demolition works.

The company has won ‘best brand’ in the tipper category in Germany a staggering 12 times in a row. Their tippers are distinguished by optimized exterior dimensions which maximize transportation volume, a large tipping angle and a long service life.

A MEILLER spokesman said: “It’s our first time at PMV Live. We consider this show to be the most effective gathering of our target customers and our main objective is to present the best of engineering and practicality and hope to create a new era in the tipper market in the region.”

Also in attendance will be Liebherr Concrete Technology, a company that develops and manufactures high quality truck mixers, mixing plants and concrete pumps. One of the world’s largest manufacturers of construction machinery with more than 41,500 employees, the company say they have just launched a new 50-metre concrete pump which they are happy to explain in more detail to visitors at their booth.

Ali Kassem, the regional marketing manager said: “The ascending UAE market and revived GCC markets have a lot to give and many more iconic projects to deliver. This means that the way we do concrete cannot stay the same; when the concrete industry has exhausted the same means for years, it is time to focus even more on innovation.”

JK White Cement, a white cement manufacturing company based in Fujairah in the UAE, is the second biggest white cement manufacturing group in the world supplying more than 40 countries across the globe from their UAE plant.

They will be displaying their unique eco-friendly JK White Cement CEM II 42.5N, a successful product that has captured a large market already within the GCC region.

James Meltz, Event Director said: “Some of the leading companies in the world will be gracing Middle East Concrete and PMV Live this year and showcasing some dynamic new products and innovations.

“These companies are renowned for their commitment to quality, solidity, efficiency and safety and visitors to the shows will benefit hugely from their engineering excellence and practicality. It will give them instant access to key suppliers of the kinds of products they are looking for.”

Middle East Concrete and PMV Live, organised by dmg events Middle East, Asia & Africa, are the biggest and most prestigious infrastructure and heavy machinery events in the Middle East.

More than 400 exhibitors from 40 countries will showcase their wares at the shows to an expected 32,000 visitors. Some familiar show features will be returning such as Selfies at Height, Robotics, Excavator Challenge and Decorative Concrete.

Middle East Concrete and PMV Live will bring key regional and international industry leaders under one roof at the New Za’abeel Halls 4-6 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
