Manama :  Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications operator in the Kingdom, recently announced the opening of its new shop at the Bahrain International Airport’s (BIA) new Passenger Terminal building. Zain Bahrain offers a wide range of products and services at the new facility, ensuring international travelers stay connected while visiting the Kingdom.

The opening of the new 24-hours Zain shop reaffirms the company’s continuous efforts in meeting its customers’ needs and aspirations and delivers on its promise to offer the best in quality and value and the latest innovative services to those traveling to the Kingdom and Zain customers.

At the new shop, Zain Bahrain provides an enhanced in-store experience to customers alongside services that offer a wide variety of suitable call and internet data packages. New SIM cards and a wide range of devices, gadgets and accessories will also be available at the outlet. As part of Zain Bahrain’s digital transformation journey, the outlet will host a “Smart Branch”; a self-service machine which will allow consumers to purchase new pre-paid, post-paid, and home broadband plans without the need to talk to a Zain Bahrain representative. This service is considered the first digital self-service touchscreen of its kind launched by a telecom company in Bahrain.

With the opening of the new shop at the airport, Zain Bahrain currently has 15 shops in the Kingdom.
