The new service center is expected to cater for the rising number of customers in the emirate and to improve service delivery further.

Ajman, UAE, 18 June 2017

Ajman Sewerage Private Company Limited forecast that they will serve up to 600,000 customers by the year 2020. The growth is mainly attributed to a steady growth in population primarily of people living and working in the emirate, along with the expansion of the sewerage infrastructure in Ajman.

Speaking while officially unveiling the company’s new and modern customer service center, Christophe Ledur, Ajman Sewerage’s General Manager said that the number of walk-in customers in their customer service centers had seen an increase of 33 percent over the last year.

“With the opening of this new customer service center, our main objective is to enhance the ability of our customers to interact with us in a timely, convenient, and effortless manner,” said Christophe Ledur.

The new customer service center, which encompasses a fresh and contemporary design, is strategically located along Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid road close to Rawdha bridge.

“In addition to this brick-and-mortar we also strongly focus on the development of our digital offer, which now includes the use of e-services and e-payments through our mobile application and our website,” added Christophe Ledur.

This achievement, according to Christophe Ledur, is part of the company’s customer convenience strategy under the leadership of Ajman Sewerage’s Chairman, His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi.

A significant percentage of the company’s transactions are currently being processed through its digital channels. In addition, Ajman Sewerage has also partnered with leading financial institutions, remittance companies and strategically located payment kiosks in a bid to allow its customers perform their transactions conveniently.
