Manama, Bahrain: International law firm Trowers & Hamlins will join the 12th Edition of BIPEX to moderate, and lead an all-star CEO panel discussion on the ‘Future of real estate’. The session will be held on Sunday 8th, December 2019 at 11.30 am, at the Bahrain Exhibition and Convention Centre in Al Seef Hall. BIPEX will host a two-day conference that will run simultaneously, which will address a broad range of conceptual and practical issues relating to residential and commercial real estate.

Abdul-Haq Mohammed is the International Managing Partner at Trowers & Hamlins and will be moderating the session. Abdul-Haq and specialises in real estate development and investment, PPP and concession arrangements relating to urban and transport-related development, and strategic legal advice. Additionally, he has advised on property restructurings and the creation of regulatory frameworks in various aspects of the property industry, as well as the structuring of real estate-backed investment.

The Panelists assembled for The BIPEX Conference’s inaugural session shape a large portion of Bahrain’s Real Estate Investment Industry, and will share insights on how to structure the future of real estate. The 3-day event will have an extensive daily schedule of events focusing on the theme of real estate and innovation, in alignment with the new strategic direction for its 12 Edition. The platform is currently expanding; not only will it bring together exhibitors from Bahrain and the region to showcase projects launched at a regional and international level, but will connect multi-disciplinary experts to engage and discuss the key trends transformation the future of real estate. Attendees from all fields of the real estate industry including development, distribution, and investment will participate to exchange opinions on the current state and future of the real estate market the region.

The 12th edition of BIPEX is organized by Bahrain Society of Engineers, established in 1972 as a professional voluntary non-profit organization. It is the premier body representing engineering professionals in the Kingdom. Amongst others, it seeks to advance the profession, while striving for continuous enhancement of engineering skills of members through training and by conducting technical & professional programmes.
