The International Islamic Trade Finance Corporation (ITFC), the Islamic Corporation for the Insurance of Investment and Export Credit (ICIEC) and the Islamic Corporation for the Development of the Private Sector (ICD) in collaboration with IsDB Group Business Forum “THIQAH”, will conduct a webinar to shed light on the investment pillar of the Arab Africa Trade Bridges (AATB) Program objectives, features and benefits to ICD’s financial institutions (FIs) network and partners. The live session is scheduled to be held on 3rd February 2021 at 13:30 pm (KSA Time).

The webinar is set to discuss a number of topics relating to the AATB Program and the notable progress in implementing the projects and activities involving the growth of trade investment and technology transfer between the Arab and African countries.

It will also discuss the potential business opportunities existing between the two regions on different sector and invite the financial institutions with common objectives to develop partnership by fostering the development of the Arab and African countries, with a special focus on developing specific interventions and dedicated trade finance and investment components.

The keynote speakers who will share their in-depth perspectives during the webinar are Mr. Ousama Kaissi, the Chief Executive Officer of the ICIEC; Mr. Ayman Sejiny, the CEO of the ICD, and Eng. Hani Salem Sonbol, the Chief Executive Officer of the ITFC.

The webinar not only aims to encourage the financial institutions (FIs) networks and partners to become a member of the AATB program but also to be a part of decision making process and get benefits in various actions involved in the program.
