SINGAPORE- Middle East crude benchmarks Oman and Dubai held steady on Wednesday as market participants awaited an OPEC+ meeting on oil output policy for 2021, which was delayed to Thursday from Tuesday.

Indonesia's Pertamina issued new tenders to seek crude for January delivery and condensate for Feb-June, or Feb-March, or February. The tenders will close on Thursday.

Pertamina likely did not award its last week's term tender seeking condensate for Feb-June, traders said.

China's Rongsheng did not award its last week's term crude purchase tender, traders said.

India wants to diversify its oil imports, including the resumption of supplies from Iran and Venezuela, after U.S. President-elect Joe Biden takes office, Oil Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said on Wednesday. 

The United Arab Emirates came out of OPEC heavyweight Saudi Arabia's shadow this week by demanding better adherence with oil supply cuts, effectively delaying the latest strategy decision by OPEC and its allies by a few days, sources told Reuters. 

Russian oil and gas condensate output last month exceeded 10 million barrels per day (bpd) for the first time since April, according to Reuters calculations based on an Interfax report, which cited Energy Ministry data on Wednesday.
