Dubai: Saudi Arabia’s capital market regulator said it has approved Saudi Fransi Capital’s request to offer, register and list Taleem Reit units on the Tadawul.

The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) said its board approval of Taleem Reit should not be considered as a recommendation to invest in it. The board’s approval of Taleem Reit merely means that the legal requirements as per the capital market law and its implementing regulations have been met, the regulator said in a statement posted on the Tadawul website.
