Amman: - Nobles Properties awarded the infrastructure tender for its AlShahd City 2 project through a subsidiary, Shahd Jordan for Real Estate Development, to contracting firm Mohamed Ismaeil Al Kouz & Sons (MK). The scope of work includes roads, electrical lines, and waterworks.

Landowners can begin building their properties as soon as the infrastructure works, which are scheduled to take 3 months from the signing date, are completed. The contractor emphasized their commitment to execute the project in line with the engineering standards and specifications outlined by the Ministry of Local Administration (formerly the Ministry of Municipal Affairs) and under the supervision of Associated Consulting Engineers International (ACE).

The agreement reflects the vision Omar Ayesh, the Nobles Group Chairman, has outlined for Nobles Properties, focusing on distinctive lifestyle development. All company projects are developed with SMART, sustainable solutions in mind; and this includes ensuring infrastructure works are completed to the highest quality standards.

Wael Qassim, CEO of Shahd Jordan for Real Estate Development, signed on behalf of Nobles while General Manager Rami Al Kouz represented MK.

Qassim emphasized the importance adding value to Nobles projects by ensuring every element of construction is executed with the highest quality standards possible, using modern materials and techniques to ensure customers feel the difference of having their assets in a Nobles community.

Al Kouz expressed his commitment to applying the considerable experience the company has accumulated over the past decade implementing a broad range of infrastructure projects, confident that Nobles’ goals will be achieved, particularly with the qualified, technical professionals it employs to complete such projects.  He added that numerous property developers have prequalified Al Kouz in Jordan; and that the contractor enjoys high ratings from its client base.

Al Shahd City 1, which was classified as one of the fastest selling projects in the region, was the first community project to be launched by Nobles in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan; and it is considered a unique offering in the region. The developer also constructed several villas on behalf of clients in the project, using environmentally friendly solutions and implementing SMART facilities. Al Shahd City 2 comes as an extension of Nobles’ success in selling its first project.
