Amman: Believing in the positive impact of youth empowerment, Bank al Etihad has offered internship opportunities to a group of orphaned students from Al-Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans. This initiative falls under the Bank’s partnership with the Queen Rania Foundation for Education and Development (QRF) - which kicked off two years ago - and aims to improve the practical skills and capabilities of beneficiaries while supporting them in shaping their futures.

Throughout the year, the beneficiaries - who had previously received university scholarships from Bank al Etihad to complete their higher education - will be trained in various internal departments. This comprehensive practical experience, which simulates real work environments, ultimately aims to equip the trainees with the hands-on qualifications and knowledge needed to confidently enter and navigate the labor market after graduation.
