Dubai, UAE: Knight Frank Middle East has strengthened its UAE Industrial and Logistics team with the hires of Maxim Talmatchi as Manager – Co-Head of Industrial and Logistics and Dumitru Mamaliga as Industrial surveyor, into the firm.

Working closely with Andrew Love, Partner - Head of ME Capital Markets and OSCA and Adam Wynne, Manager - Co-Head of Industrial & Logistics, Maxim and Dumitru will support the further expansion of the firm’s Industrial and Logistics agency across the UAE.

Maxim has a 10 year track record of delivering profitable business solutions within the highly competitive environment of the MEA region, using his unparalleled commercial awareness coupled with his leadership style, allowed him and his team to structure real property transactions totalling over AED 500 million. His extensive UAE market knowledge and experience of the local real estate market has helped him deliver cost–efficient and profitable outcomes on more than 300+ successful transactions.

Dumitru also brings a wealth of UAE Commercial Industrial and Logistics market expertise having excelled in previous roles at both corporate and independent agents for a number of years in both sales and lettings transactions. Since 2017 Dumitru has focused predominantly in the industrial and logistics sectors in the UAE, with vast experience within development, single unit and multi-unit estates, as well as landlord and tenant representation, negotiation and leasing of large, commercial assets.
