Bahrain yesterday recorded 459 new cases of Covid-19 alongside 245 recoveries and one fatality.

A 46-year-old expatriate man died of the virus yesterday, taking total deaths to 370.

Of the new cases, 253 were expat workers, 201 contacts of active cases and five travel-related.

An additional 245 people recovered, taking the total to 97,006. Of the 3,313 active cases, 46 are receiving treatment and 21 in critical condition.

Bahrain has so far registered a total of 100,689 cases. The kingdom has also conducted 2,647,934 tests for Covid-19
