RIYADH — About 73 percent of jobs in real estate activities are being occupied by foreign hands, business daily Al-Eqtisadiah reported on Saturday quoting official statistics.

By the end of the first quarter of 2019, employees in the real estate activities were 36,152 of whom 26,287 were expatriates representing about 72.8 percent and 9,865 Saudis at the ratio of 27.2 percent.

According to the statistics, there were 33,235 men who dominated about 92 percent of the jobs against 2,917 representing about eight percent.

There were 2,711 Saudi women dominating about 93 percent of the female jobs against 206 expatriate women who represented about seven percent.
