Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Red Sea International Company has approved the resignation of its chairman, Ibrahim Hasan Al-Madhoun, for personal reasons.

The resolution came into force on Monday, 19 August, according to the company’s filing to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday.

Accordingly, Jamal Abdullah Al Dabbagh, vice chairman of the board, will act as the Chairman until a chairman is appointed by the board.
