Saudi authorities have announced the launch of Jawharat Al Sahab (Jewel of the clouds in Arabic), a key residential development featuring 171 homes in the Twaiq district of Riyadh.

Located on an area of more than 26,000 sq m, the new housing project is being implemented in cooperation with the private sector.
It provides a modern environment in which the quality of life standards are met and the services and facilities are integrated, and at prices starting from SR324,000 in easy monthly installments, said the senior officials.
According to them, the Riyadh region is witnessing the implementation of about 21 housing projects distributed throughout the capital city to provide more than 29,000 residential units with a variety of models and designs that include villas, apartments and townhouses.
 
Of these, 11 are within the suburb of Al Jawan, the largest residential suburb and is located in the north of the city of Riyadh and extends over a total area. It is estimated at 11 million square meters, near King Khalid International Airport.
Sakani programme will continue to pump in more projects and deliver housing units to Saudi families as part of its efforts to boost the percentage of Saudi household ownership to 70% in another 10 years in accordance with the objectives of Kingdom's Vision 2030, they added.
