Riyadh – The Tourism Development Fund (TDF) of Saudi Arabia has collaborated with Oracle Company to install cloud computing infrastructure applications as per its endeavor to boost tourism and enable investors to benefit from the sector's opportunities.

Implementing the Cloud Computing Strategy (CCS) would boost data integration, endorse productivity, reduce costs, unify and facilitate operations, and ensure a smooth communication with all parties like investors, donors, and governmental agencies, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

A full range of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions and Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications will be provided to endorse the tourism fund’s services for companies promoting tourist attractions in Saudi Arabia.

Among the installed Oracle Cloud applications were the Software as a Service (SaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) which enhance the automation and integration of TDF's basic functions, including core financial operations, human resources, and procurement.
