Cairo – Marakez for Real Estate Investment, the Egyptian arm of Saudi Arabia’s Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair, aims to achieve sales of EGP 800 million from the final phase of AEON residential project in Sheikh Zayed, the company’s chief business development officer, Ashraf Farid, said.

The last phase of AEON includes a 20-storey tower featuring 120 residential units and will be launched in a month, Farid told reporters on Wednesday.

AEON project is divided into two parts; the first one includes three-storey residential buildings with 220 units spanning over 21 feddans and the second part is comprised of residential towers with 400 units covering 4,000 square metres.

Marakez has achieved sales of EGP 1.9 billion from the project to date, after selling 500 residential units out of the total 620 units, since April 2016, he revealed.
