Oyo Hotels & Homes, the world’s leading tech-driven hospitality chain, has formalised four marketing and operational consulting agreements with Al-Hokair Group in Saudi Arabia to manage Mena Andalusia Olaya District, Riyadh, Mena Hotel Riyadh, Olaya District, Riyadh, Mena Taif, Abu Baker Street, Taif and Mena Tabuk, Abu Jafar Al Mansur Street, Tabuk.

The multi-hotel partnership, which was signed and announced at Abdul Mohsen Al Hokair Head Office in Riyadh, will see Oyo add over 500 rooms to its current inventory and extend its portfolio across the three- and four-star hotel category.

The agreement with Al-Hokair Group, a leading name in the tourism and hospitality sector in Saudi Arabia, further consolidates and expands Oyo’s footprint within the hospitality industry in the kingdom.

Representing Oyo at the event was Manu Midha, head of Middle East & Africa, Oyo, while Mishal Al-Hokair, executive vice president, Business Development and Marketing, Al-Hokair Group represented the company. The formalisation of the agreement was witnessed by Clive Smith, director of operations at Al-Hokair Group and Bader bin Saidan, director, Business Development, Oyo, in Saudi Arabia.

Commenting on the partnership, Midha said: Saudi Arabia remains a key strategic market for Oyo in the GCC. The mid-range segment in the kingdom holds a lot of promise for us given the rapid growth of the hospitality industry over the last few years."

At present, Oyo Hotels & Homes accounts for over 18,000 rooms in more than 200 hotels across 22 cities and provinces in Saudi Arabia. The hospitality chain has also hosted over 50 nationalities across its properties in the country since its launch in January 2019.

OYO also operates more than 400 properties in over 40 cities in UAE and Oman.
