2H Exhibitions Management announced the launch of Egypt Property and Investment Show (EPIS) on 7-10 July, with participation of more than 25 major developers in the market.

Islam Borhan, a board member of 2H Exhibitions Management, said that the company has a plan to organize a number of exhibitions this year, starting with EPIS exhibition, which is characterized by a good selection of the date of its holding at the beginning of the summer season and before the pre-opening of the New Administrative Capital.

Borhan added that the exhibition will include diverse projects and distinguished investment opportunities for exhibitors and visitors.

He noted that the company aims to diversify project portfolio of exhibiting companies and projects showcased at the exhibition to meet the needs and desires of all exhibition visitors, stressed that exhibitors will offer exclusive offers and distinct payment plans that will only take place during the exhibition period.

He further explained that property is still a safe haven for investment and has a high investment return for customer after slashing interest rate in Egyptian banks.

Additionally, diversity of offered projects and innovation in providing various payment systems supports customer's purchasing decision-making, besides, the Central Bank of Egypt's initiative to provide mortgage fund for middle-income people helps a lot of customers in purchasing their units, he elaborated.

For his part, board member of 2H Exhibitions Hisham Enaba explained that EPIS is characterized by gathering the largest number of distinguished developers with their various projects in one place, allowing customer to choose from multiple projects and to enjoy exceptional competitive offers.

Enaba stressed that the most important elements of the success of real estate exhibitions is choosing the timing, venue and exhibiting companies, explained that these companies should enjoy seriousness, credibility and have a previous track record of experience and a strong reputation in real estate market.

While Haitham Borhan highlighted that all precautionary measures will be taken to protect visitors and exhibitors at the exhibition, in line with controls set by the state for holding various exhibitions.

He expected the success of the exhibition due to the company’s cumulative experience in organizing exhibitions inside and outside Egypt in a number of Arab countries, as well as, the presence of a number of senior developers participating in the exhibition. Moreover, exhibitions are distinguished by presenting exceptional special offers during the exhibition period.

Developing a comprehensive urban renaissance in Egypt and inaugurating new cities through which the state seeks to achieve comprehensive development, contributes to the revitalization of all economic sectors, including real estate sector which contributes about 17% to the GDP, he disclosed.
