Doha:  Msheireb Properties, the national real estate developer and a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation, launched the first ever full-out promotional campaign for its flagship project Msheireb Downtown Doha (MDD), the world’s smartest and most sustainable fully built city district and Qatar’s destination for living, leisure, and business.

Few weeks after receiving the first tenants of its residential Wadi 1 tower, MDD’s campaign, themed Live More!, comes to showcase aspects of the district that make it a unique place to live, work and visit in Qatar.

Ali Al Kuwari, Acting CEO Msheireb Properties, said: “The message Live More! represents the essence of our mission. We aim to build and develop communities that enhance the way people live, work, and thrive, that is do more with their lives.”

“Today is a remarkable milestone for us. We are so excited to launch this promotional campaign with real images and highlights from the new Msheireb. We invite everyone to come and experience Msheireb Downtown Doha for themselves; it is now a reality, one that we are all proud of,” he added.

Msheireb Downtown Doha is the heart of the capital city of Qatar, offering retail, commercial, residential and civic services in a family-friendly community that facilitates walking through a shaded cosy street grid, and transportation using the Msheireb Tram.

With all buildings either Gold or Platinum LEED-certified, the district adheres to the highest standards of green and smart urban development, creating a sustainable and efficient way of living and decreasing the impact on the environment.

Msheireb Downtown Doha is home for Msheireb Museums, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Doha, Al Wadi Hotel -MGallery by AccorHotels, Park Hyatt Hotel, Boutique Hotel, and Barahat Msheireb- the biggest open-air covered pedestrian square in the region.

Earlier in the year, a number of key retailers and business institutions announced they are opening their unique stores in Msheireb Downtown Doha, such as HSBC, Monoprix, Huawei, and Juniverse, all of which are offering first ever concepts either in the region or in Qatar.
