Abu Dhabi: In the presence of H.E. Shamma Al Mazrouei, Minister of State For Youth Affairs, H.E. Khalifa Mohamed Al Mazrouei, Undersecretary of the Department of Transport (DoT) and H.E. Abdulkarim Al Raeesi, Director General of the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), DoT and ITC announced the launch of the Youth Council that consists of 14 employees from both entities. The Youth Council was formed in aim of empowering the youths and empowering leadership skills. That is in addition to enhancing the positivity and innovation values in the workplace by organizing number of internal initiatives that were showcased in an exhibition during the official launching ceremony.

The Youth Council stated that this is an ideal opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences to overcome challenges. This will consequently contribute to the development movement in different fields in the Emirate.

Additionally, the Youth Council assured that happiness in the work place is one of the main foundations to spread positivity and improve the quality of life according to the Happiness and National Agenda.

The team strives to implement many ideas to enhance the UAE’s position as one of the happiest countries around the world.
