Dubai, UAE: Established in 2014, Roda Hotels and Resorts continues to flourish in the ever developing UAE hospitality industry. From the seven properties within its portfolio, two have been awarded at this years GCC Best Employer of the year awards, Roda Al Bustan for ‘GCC’s Best General Manager – Hospitality’ and Roda Amwaj Suites for ‘GCC’s Best Employer’.
Puneet Baijal, General Manager of Roda Al Bustan, a 5-star hotel neighbouring Dubai International Airport, was awarded the ‘GCC’s Best General Manager – Hospitality’ award for his innovative leadership and unwavering efforts, both of which leave behind immensely satisfied guests and inject passion into the hotels teams and employees. The outstanding 5-star hotel boasts 279 rooms and seven award-winning restaurants and besides its desirable location, the hotel perfectly combines Arabian charm with contemporary design, leaving guests to remember an experience like no other.
Along with Roda Al Bustan, another flourishing project of Roda Hotels and Resorts is the luxury Roda Amwaj Suites, situated in the heart of Jumeriah Beach Residence. The property offers 340 fully-serviced apartments in sizes ranging from 1-bedroom to duplex lofts and penthouses. Amidst the vibrant JBR walk and views of the glistening sea, the success of the Amwaj Suites stems from its employees and their enthusiasm to continuously serve customers the best they can. Such became evident when Roda Amwaj Suites was awarded ‘GCC’s Best Employer’ for high levels of employee satisfaction.

The prestigious Best Employer Brand Awards were hosted in association with Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress and Stars of the Industry Group, and recognise best practices and outstanding professionalism in several geographical areas.
This year, the GCC edition named winners from Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, who were each presented with citations at the event, which was held at The Address Boulevard.
