Amman: STS - a leading provider of comprehensive information technology (IT) solutions - has announced the appointment of Anis Al-Tell as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With over 25 years of information and communication technology (ICT) experience in business development and sales of Cloud Solutions and Services, Managed Services and Integrated Solutions, Al-Tell is the first to occupy the newly established position at STS.

The decision to create and fill this role is stemming from the new STS Digital Transformation Strategy to expand and develop Cloud Solutions and Managed Services, focusing on its existing Infrastructure Service Solution offerings, which constitute the backbone of the Company.

Prior to joining STS, Al-Tell held a number of leadership roles. These include Regional Director for IDC covering the Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) region and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of eHosting DataFort. Furthermore, Al-Tell also worked with several multinationals such as Cisco Systems, Dell, ThruPoint (now Acuative), as well as Mideast Data Systems.

Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of STS, Mr. Aiman Mazahreh, stressed that this is a step in the right direction welcoming Mr. Al-Tell on board and asserting that the STS team is looking forward to working alongside Mr. Al-Tell to realise STS’ future goals and vision.
