Saudi Arabia, Riyadh: Throughout the past year, the complaint indicator released by the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), shows Virgin Mobile KSA as the telecom operator with the lowest complaints among its competitors. The achievement by Virgin Mobile KSA is due to its customer-centric approach and unrelenting dedication to ensure superior experiences to its customers, in addition to the value-added offering and services.
The CITC indicator that shows the number of complaints for every 100,000 subscribers, ranked Virgin Mobile KSA right at the top for registering the least number of complaints against its mobile calling services, among all other telecom service providers.
