Manama, Bahrain: Solar One, Bahrain’s first solar panel manufacturer,  will debut its “Made in Bahrain” photovoltaic solar panels at Gulf Industry Fair 2017.

Solar One is a Bahrain based company specializing in manufacturing  PV solar panels. Solar One’s manufacturing facility located in Askar,  has the capacity to manufacture up to 60, 000 panels per year which can generate 15,000 megawatts of power.

Rami Khalifeh, Managing Director of Solar One says “Gulf Industry Fair presents industrial capabilities and innovative products “Made in Bahrain”.  We will be using the showcase of Gulf Industry Fair to highlight Solar One’s  capabilities as a leading provider of cost-effective solar  energy solutions.” 

Solar One’s panels  can be custom built  to industry size and specifications  and are  processed to comply with  international standards. The panels have been developed to work in extreme weather conditions particularly sandstorms that may prevail in  Middle Eastern and North African countries.

Gulf Industry Fair is the Northern Gulfs leading annual industrial expo that is held under the patronage of HRH Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa and take place from the 7-9 February 2017 at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre

Gulf Industry Fair 2017 is sponsored by the Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO), Aluminium Bahrain (ALBA) in association with NOGA.

 Majaal and NAFFCO will be supporting the Industrial Facilities sector and Fire and Safety products sector of the event.  Supporting organisations for GIF 2017 includes AHK Saudi Arabia, India’s PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the German Saudi Arabian Liaison for Economic Affairs, the Saudi British Economic Offset Programme and Bahrain Industrial Association
