Spend AED 200 or more at Dubai Shopping Malls Group's participating malls and double your chances to win big

Dubai, 22nd December, 2016 

The Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (Dubai Tourism) and Dubai Shopping Malls Group (DSMG) will launch an innovative ‘Happy Shopping, Happy Winnings’ promotion for avid shoppers in the emirate.

The DFRE-DSMG collaboration will present shoppers with ample opportunities to win AED 1 million worth of prizes in cash and luxury gift sets, across participating malls in the Emirate during the acclaimed mega shopping extravaganza – Dubai Shopping Festival. The ‘Happy Shopping, Happy Winnings’ promotion will commence on 26th December 2016, and run until 28th January 2017.

The month-long festival and promotion is eagerly awaited by the residents, and attracts cosmopolitan tourists to the ‘shopping destination’ of the Middle East. The most sought after ‘Shop & Win’ promotion entails the biggest prizes to be won this DSF season, with total cash prizes worth AED600,000 and luxury gift sets worth AED400,000 available for lucky shopaholics to win. Seventeen malls across Dubai will join hands with DSMG in running the promotion.

Shoppers spending AED 200 or more during this festive season are entitled to a raffle coupon that will enter the draws to be held on 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th January 2017 at Global Village. The Scratch & Win coupon will offer lucky customers a second chance to receive instant prizes worth a total of AED 400,000.

Weekly prizes of AED 50,000 each will be given to two winners for the four weeks of Dubai Shopping Festival; Two mega prizes of AED 50,000 and one Grand Prize of AED 100,000 will be given to lucky shoppers on the last day of the promotion. The Scratch & Win portion of the coupon will offer the customer the chance to win instant prizes worth a total of AED 400,000 including luxury gift sets, watches and perfumes.
