Union Properties’ Dubai Autodrome Business Park phase 2 secures 100% pre-bookings

The project's second phase work is set for completion in February 2020


Dubai – Mubasher: Union Properties, a leading property developer based in Dubai, on Monday unveiled the expansion of Dubai Autodrome Business Park project in Dubai MotorCity with total AED 25.5 million in investments.

The project’s second phase work commenced last week following the ground-breaking ceremony and is set for completion in February 2020, according to a press release.

The second phase of the Dubai Autodrome Business Park project has secured 100% bookings ahead of construction, Union Properties indicated.

Phase 2 of the racing- and motorsports-related businesses facility will span an area of 33,900 square feet located next to the first phase’s 54,000-square-foot facility and in close proximity to the 5.39-kilometre race circuit at Dubai Autodrome.

Ahmad Ibrahim, marking and communications director at Union Properties, said: “As part of our development plans to out MotorCity Phase 2. We are proud to announce that work on the expansion of the Dubai Autodrome Business Park has commenced.”

“We have seen substantial interest during the launch of the first phase and the second phase of the project will be a continuation of Union Properties’ successful destination-led strategy which has already secured a 100% booking of all out units,” he added.

MotorCity, developed by Union Properties, features a range of entertainment, dining, and retail options within a “pedestrian-oriented, multi-user environment”.

The development comprises of six projects, including Avenue District, Dubai Autodrome, OIA Residence, Upton MotorCity, Green Community MotorCity, and Business Park MotorCity.
