DUBAI- In line with the decision of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, declaring 2017 as the "Year of Giving", "Freehold Mediation and Information" announced its participation in the Global Endowment Vision adopted by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to revive the endowment as a development tool for communities.

"Freehold Mediation and Information" participates in the Vision by providing the costs of integrated studies of real estate consultancy for entrepreneurs looking for solutions. This service is a new way of helping small investors, who have purchased property under development. "Freehold Mediation and Information" will bear the costs of 400 studies annually, analysing our clients real estate situations and providing suitable solutions through the utilisation of consultancy services and information derived from the market studies produced which have an overall net worth of more than 5 million dirhams. Entrepreneurs can communicate directly with the Foundation to benefit from this endowment service.

Accordingly, "Freehold Mediation and Information" has obtained the Dubai Endowment Sign from the Mohammed bin Rashid Global Centre for Endowment Consultancy, one of Mohammed bin Rashid global initiatives, in recognition of its community contribution as a role model in the private sector.

Following the directives of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the Dubai Endowment Sign allows private institutions that obtained it to acquire a preference for procurements and contracts in the government of Dubai. The foundations that receive the Dubai Endowment Sign granted by Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Centre for Endowment Consultancy for the sustainable services they provide to the community. The innovative endowment mechanism is designed to suit the scope of the entity wishing to obtain the Dubai Endowment Sign. The concept of innovative endowment allows the creation of different types of endowments as a development tool through services, products, and others, and not limiting them to real estate assets, as in the traditional endowment.
