DUBAI, UAE: As GITEX Technology Week showcases innovative companies and promising start-ups to active investors, one of the Middle East's longest established corporate advisories – Trajan Consulting – is urging technology enterprises to think 'Lean' and 'Agile' to be successful in the new era.

Lean and Agile principles promote focusing on work and the processes through which work flows, rather than the people responsible for the work.

"A Lean organisation is one that understands the importance of customer value and focuses its critical processes on increasing it," explained Catherine Granger, CEO, and Co-Founder of global business advisory Trajan Consulting.

"Success in today’s global marketplace hinges on the ability to deliver value, both to your customers and employees. Companies must find ways to move faster and deliver higher quality products and services while providing the structure and stability to develop a healthy organizational culture."

Trajan Consulting aims to support this exciting new generation of entrepreneurs – as well as established companies – as they attempt to make their mark in the world. The firm coaches and supports them through the many challenges that need navigating in order to become a truly world-class organisation.

The advisory has been operating across the Middle East since 2008, notably working with the likes of ADNOC in Abu Dhabi and ENOC in Dubai. It has just launched a pioneering new bespoke Fintech, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Lean / Agile division for the GCC.

“We offer an integrated approach to projects, bringing together the required disciplines, project managers, and specialists,” explained Granger. “The new division aims to assist the heads of companies to eliminate all non-value-added activities and waste. We've already had a substantial amount of interest during GITEX in Dubai this week."
