RIYADH - Dubai's Al Khaleej Sugar Refinery, the world's largest port-based refinery, produced 1.8 million tonnes of white sugar in 2017, state news agency WAM said on Thursday.
The company has a 60 percent share in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) sugar market, it added.
