The Sharjah Real Estate Registration Directorate (SRERD) announced on Wednesday the launch of Developers Gate, a digital services platform for real estate developers and investors in the emirate.

SRERD said in a press statement that the smart platform, accessible on its website, gives developers and investors easy access to all the services they need for registering and following up on projects.

The statement said developers can have their initial sale contracts attested through the platform without coming in person to the SRERD premises as required in the past, saving them time, effort and money.

SRERD Director General Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi said in the statement that Developers Gate was designed and developed by the directorate's staff to make procedures easier and services more accessible for investors and developers in Sharjah.

"The pioneering project is part of the directorate's efforts to develop all its services and take its digital transformation to a higher level," he noted.

Obaid Abdulrahman Al Mazloom, Director of Real Estate Regulatory Department added that the project would add to investors' and developers' trust in the real estate market in the Sharjah.

Developers Gate was launched at the ongoing GITEX Technology Week in Dubai.
